Three things expire and take a site down with them. Check them in this order.

ثلاثة أشياء تنتهي صلاحيتها وتُسقط الموقع معها، فافحصها بهذا الترتيب.

1. Open it on your phone using mobile data, not Wi-Fi. If it loads there, the site is fine and the problem is your own network.
2. Read the error. A browser page saying the site cannot be found means the domain. A page from your hosting company means hosting. A blank page or a database error means the site itself.
3. Search your email for renewal, expired and the name of your domain. An expired domain is the most common cause and takes minutes to fix if you catch it in the grace period.
4. Log in to your hosting account. Suspended for non payment or for exceeding a limit shows on the first screen.
5. If you changed anything in the last few days, a plugin, a theme, DNS settings, that change is the prime suspect. Undo it if you can.

1. افتحه على هاتفك ببيانات الجوّال لا بالواي فاي، فإن فتح هناك فالموقع سليم والمشكلة في شبكتك أنت.
2. اقرأ الخطأ، فصفحة من المتصفح تقول إنّ الموقع غير موجود تعني النطاق، وصفحة من شركة الاستضافة تعني الاستضافة، وصفحة فارغة أو خطأ في قاعدة البيانات يعني الموقع نفسه.
3. ابحث في بريدك عن كلمات التجديد وانتهاء الصلاحية واسم نطاقك، فانتهاء النطاق هو أشيع الأسباب ويُصلَح في دقائق إن أدركته في فترة السماح.
4. سجّل الدخول إلى حساب الاستضافة، فالتعليق لعدم الدفع أو لتجاوز حدّ ما يظهر في الشاشة الأولى.
5. وإن كنت قد غيّرت شيئاً في الأيام الأخيرة، من إضافة أو قالب أو إعدادات DNS، فذلك التغيير هو المتّهم الأول، فتراجع عنه إن استطعت.
